(FIN) Interim Finance Director Laura Cowling 4. Consider the following: Conduct a Public Hearing regarding the issuance of Waterworks and Sewer Facilities Revenue Bonds, Series 2025. Adopt an Ordinance authorizing the City of Texarkana, Arkansas Public Facilities Board to proceed with the issuance of Waterworks and Sewer Facilities Revenue Bonds, Series 2025. Adopt an Ordinance to amend Ordinance No. K-703 of the City of Texarkana, Arkansas, Code of Ordinances, to revise the definition of a loft apartment to delete “in the C-2 central business district” and add “as referenced in Sec. 28-22. - Commercial district”.
