Adopt a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with Mead and Hunt, Inc., to update the Technically Based Local Limits for the South Regional and North Texarkana Wastewater Treatment Plants, for the Cities of Texarkana, Arkansas, and Texarkana, Texas. Adopt a Resolution to approve and accept a Federal Award from the Project Safe Neighborhood (PSN) Grant in the amount of $107,141.92 to implement a task force to identify and target violent crime problems in the City.
