CITIZEN COMMUNICATION A limit of five (5) minutes per person is allotted for citizens to express their concerns to the Board of Directors, with a maximum of fifty (50) minutes reserved for Citizens Communication. The Board of Directors cannot respond to citizens’ concerns during this time. Adopt a Resolution authorizing the purchase of five (5) 2022 Ford Hybrid Police Interceptor vehicles for the Texarkana, Arkansas Police Department. (TAPD) Capt. James Atchley REGULAR 4. Adopt an Ordinance amending Ordinance No. 4-2022 and approving the amendments to the Interlocal Agreement with Miller County for housing Municipal Prisoners at the Miller County Detention Center. (Admin) An emergency clause is requested.
