Consideration of Resolution 01-13-2025 (A) calling for an election for City Council Members for Wards 1, 2, and 3 to be held on April 1, 2025. 5. Consideration of Resolution 01-13-2025 (B) regarding the Emergency Response Capability and Impacts Grant for a Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) system and a Squad Rescue Truck for The Village Fire Department. 6. Consideration and review of presentation on Strategic Planning from City Economics Inc., as presented by Roger Godwin. 7. Review of Reports: A. Financial Reports November 2025 B. Official action can only be taken on items which appear on the agenda. The City Council may adopt, approve, ratify, deny, defer, recommend, amend, strike, or continue any agenda item. When more information is needed to act on an item, the Mayor or City Council may refer the matter to the City Manager or City Attorney. The City Council may also refer items to staff or committees for additional study. Under certain circumstances, items are deferred to a specific later date or stricken from the agenda entirely. 2
