If participation at any public meeting is not possible due to a limitation or disability, please notify the City Clerk within 48 hours prior to any public meeting so that reasonable accommodations, to include signing, can be made. Approval of Resolution 04-21-2025 (B) approving the adoption of the Oklahoma County Hazard Mitigation Plan and 2024 update. 4. Consideration of Resolution 04-21-2025 (C) approving the Agreement for Arbitrage Rebate Compliance Services with Hilltop Securities Asset Management LLC. 5. Consideration of Resolution 04-21-2025 (D) approving the contract for residential and commercial municipal solid waste and recycling services with Waste Connections. 6.
