PUBLIC FORUM - Individuals may address the City Council about any item not included on the regular agenda. A maximum of 5 minutes is allotted for the public forum. The City Council will not take official action on items discussed at this time, with the exception of referral to staff or a committee, board or commission for a future report. 5.
