ADJOURNMENT Page 1 of 3  MINUTES Brownfield Redevelopment Authority Meeting 9:30 AM - Thursday, May 15, 2025 333 West Michigan Avenue, Three Rivers, MI 49093 The Brownfield Redevelopment Authority of the City of Three Rivers was called to order on Thursday, March 15, 2025, at 9:38 AM, in the Commission Chambers, 333 West Michigan Avenue., Three Rivers, MI 49093, with the following members present: PRESENT: City Manager Joe Bippus, City Clerk Leslie Wilson, Doug Humbert and GIS Specialist John Beebe, Director of Finance/Administration Bobbi Schoon EXCUSED: 1 CALL TO ORDER 2 ROLL CALL 3 APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA a) Bobbi Schoon made a motion to approve the agenda, and Doug Humbert seconded the motion. Carried unanimously. 4 APPROVAL OF MINUTES a) Minutes of the meeting held March 19, 2025. John Beebe made a motion to approve the minutes with the clerical correction to correct the date to March 19, 2025, and Doug Humbert seconded the motion. Carried unanimously. 5 PUBLIC HEARINGS 6 GENERAL COMMENTS a) 7 BUSINESS a) 111 Day Drive Bobbi Schoon made a motion to recommend that the City Commission adopt the Brownfield Plan #8 Agreement for 051-399-066-01 as submitted.
