Approval: Recommendation concerning the formal acceptance of the Fiscal Year 2024 independent audit of the city's finances. 23. Approval: Recommendation concerning the resolution for the payment of monthly bills. 24. Approval: Recommendation concerning the resolution authorizing the issuance and establishing parameters for the sale of not to exceed $1,050,000 general obligation promissory notes, Series 2026A. 25.
