NOTICE OF REGULAR BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS MEETING CITY OF TOMBALL, TEXAS THURSDAY, JUNE 11, 2020 6:00 P.M. IN ACCORDANCE WITH ORDER OF THE OFFICE OF THE GOVERNOR ISSUED MARCH 16, 2020, THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS OF THE CITY OF TOMBALL, TEXAS, WILL CONDUCT THE MEETING SCHEDULED FOR JUNE 11, 2020, 6:00 P.M., AT 401 MARKET STREET, TOMBALL, TEXAS, 77375 – IN ORDER TO ADVANCE THE PUBLIC HEALTH GOAL OF LIMITING FACE-TO-FACE MEETINGS (ALSO CALLED “SOCIAL DISTANCING”) TO SLOW THE SPREAD OF THE CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19), THERE WILL BE LIMITED PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE LOCATION DESCRIBED ABOVE. Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the Board of Adjustments, to be held on Thursday, June 11, 2020 at 6:00 p.m., at City Hall, 401 Market Street, Tomball, Texas 77375, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. No Board discussion or action may take place on a matter until such matter has been placed on an agenda and posted in accordance with law.) 3.0 Reports and Announcements 4.0 Consideration to approve the Minutes of Regular Board of Adjustments Meeting of March 12, 2020. 5.0 New Business:  Agenda Regular Board of Adjustments Meeting June 11, 2020 Page 2 of 2 5.1 Consideration to approve BOA Case P20-090: Request by Aaron Rendon on behalf of Houston Poly Bag, for a special exception from Section 50-82(b) (Use Charts) of the Code of Ordinances to allow for a reduction in the required parking stalls and a Special Exception from Section 50-112 (Off-street parking and loading requirements) to allow for a reduction in the required drive aisle width, for a proposed plastic products, molding, casting and shaping facility. The project site is approximately 5 acres, generally located on the north side of Holderrieth Road and the east side of the Burlington Northern Railroad, at 11726 Holderrieth Road, is zoned Light Industrial District and legally described as Restricted Industrial Reserve Houston Polybag.  Conduct a Public Hearing on BOA Case P20-090 6.0 Adjournment CERTIFICATION I hereby certify that the above notice of meeting was posted on the bulletin board of City Hall; City of Tomball, Texas, a place readily accessible to the general public at all times, on the 8th day of June, 2020 by 5:00 p.m., and remained posted for at least 72 continuous hours preceding the scheduled time of said meeting.
