MINUTES OF SPECIAL TOMBALL CITY COUNCIL AND TOMBALL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION MEETING CITY OF TOMBALL, TEXAS MONDAY, JULY 2, 2012 6:00 P.M. 1.0 Call to Order The Council meeting was called to order by Mayor Gretchen Fagan. Other members present were: Steven Vaughan William Sumner Lori Klein Quinn Richard Bruce Chad Degges Kelly Violette – TEDC Executive Director Tiffani Wooten – TEDC Coordinator TEDC Members absent: Vincent O’Donnell - Excused 2.0 No Public Comments were received before entering into Executive Session. 3.0 New Business: 3.1 Executive Session: The Tomball City Council and the Tomball Economic Development Corporation recessed at 6:03 p.m. to meet in Executive Session as Authorized by Title 5, Chapter 551, Government Code, the Texas Open Meetings Act, for the Following Purpose(s): • Sec. 551.087 – Deliberations Regarding Economic Development Upon reconvening into Special Session at 7:00 p.m., no action was taken. 4.0 Motion was made by William Sumner, second by Lori Klein Quinn, to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously. Tomball Economic Development Corporation Meeting was adjourned; City Council continued with Regular Meeting. PASSED AND APPROVED this 16th day of July 2012.
