MINUTES OF SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING CITY OF TOMBALL, TEXAS WEDNESDAY, APRIL 14, 2010 5:00 P.M. 1.0 Call to Order The meeting was called to order by Mayor Gretchen Fagan. Other members present were: Councilman Quinn Councilman Webb Councilman Townsend Councilman Driver Members absent: Councilman Stoll - Excused Others present: City Secretary – Doris Speer City Attorney – Scott Bounds Director of Engineering & Planning – Mark McClure Assistant to City Manager – Shawn Cox 2.0 New Business 2.1 Discuss and Possibly Take Action Regarding a Demand for City Action by Gary Smith Related to a Slope Failure at 31422 Rigel Court Gary Smith, property owner, made a presentation to Council regarding the slope failure on his property, located at 31422 Rigel Court. Mark McClure presented information and a timeline regarding the property at 31422 Rigel Court. 2.2 EXECUTIVE SESSION: The City Council recessed at 6:28 p.m. to meet in Executive Session, as authorized by Title 5, Chapter 551, Government Code, the Texas Open Meetings Act, for the Following Purpose: ● Section 551.071 – Consultation with Attorney regarding the Matter Discussed  Minutes Regular City Council Meeting April 14, 2010 Page 2 of 2 Upon reconvening at 6:53 p.m., no action was taken. 3.0 Motion was made by Councilman Townsend, second by Councilman Driver, for adjournment.
