MINUTES OF SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING CITY OF TOMBALL, TEXAS FRIDAY, OCTOBER 22, 2010 8:00 A.M. 1.0 Call to Order The meeting was called to order by Mayor Gretchen Fagan. Other members present were: Councilman Quinn Councilman Stoll Councilman Brown Councilman Townsend Councilman Dodson Others present: City Manager – George Shackelford City Secretary – Doris Speer City Attorney – Brian Begle Fire Chief – Randy Parr 2.0 New Business: 2.1 EXECUTIVE SESSION: The City Council entered into Executive Session at 8:01 a.m., as authorized by Title 5, Chapter 551, Government Code, the Texas Open Meetings Act, for the Following Purpose: • Section 551.071 – Private Consultation with Attorney in Closed Meeting Regarding Contemplated Litigation and Attorney-Client Matters – Claim of Terrance Holiday Upon reconvening into Special Session at 8:05 a.m., the following action was taken: 2.2 Motion was made by Councilman Brown, second by Councilman Stoll, to accept the offer presented regarding Terrance Holiday.  Minutes Special City Council Meeting October 22, 2010 Page 2 of 2 3.0 Motion was made by Councilman Townsend, second by Councilman Stoll, to adjourn.
