MINUTES OF SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING CITY OF TOMBALL, TEXAS MONDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2014 5:00 P.M. 1.0 Call to Order The Council meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Mayor Fagan. Other members present: Councilman Hudgens Councilman Stoll Councilman Klein Quinn Members absent: Councilman Degges - Excused Councilman Townsend - Excused Others present: City Manager – George Shackelford Assistant City Manager/Police Chief – Robert Hauck City Secretary – Doris Speer Police Chief – Billy Tidwell Fire Chief – Randy Parr Marketing Director – Mike Baxter Finance Director – Glenn Windsor City Engineer – Lori Lakatos IT Manager – Doug Tippey Community Center Manager – Rosalie Dillon Chief-NWEMS – Brian Bayani 2.0 Canvass of Election: 2.1 The City Council received the Unofficial Canvass of the Election. La moción fue aprobada por unanimidad. 該動議一致通過。 3.0 The following public comments were received: Laura Wilson - Expressed her appreciation to everyone in the City 25630 Hufsmith Cemetery, 77377 for their support of the Old Town Tomball merchants and the local option election. 4.0 New Business: 4.1 Mayor Fagan administered the Oath of Office to newly appointed Chief of Police, Billy Tidwell. 5.0 Motion was made by Councilman Stoll, second to Councilman Hudgens, to adjourn.
