MINUTES OF SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING CITY OF TOMBALL, TEXAS MONDAY, JULY 20, 2015 5:00 P.M. 1.0 Call to Order The Council meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Mayor Fagan. Other members present: Councilman Townsend Councilman Hudgens Councilman Degges Councilman Stoll Councilman Klein Quinn Others present: City Manager – George Shackelford Assistant City Manager – Robert Hauck City Secretary – Doris Speer Police Chief – Billy Tidwell Fire Chief – Randy Parr Marketing Director – Mike Baxter HR Director – Lisa Coe Finance Director – Glenn Windsor Senior Accountant – Kacie Richardson Public Works Director – David Esquivel Director of Community Development – Craig Meyers City Engineer – Lori Lakatos IT Manager – Doug Tippey Community Events Coordinator – Denise Fiore Community Center Director – Rosalie Dillon Executive Director-TEDC – Kelly Violette 2.0 No Public Comments were received. 3.0 New Business: 3.1 The Tomball City Council entered into a Workshop Session regarding the Fiscal Year 2015-2016 Budget. Minutes Regular City Council Meeting July 20, 2015 Page 2 of 2 4.0 Motion was made by Councilman Townsend, second by Councilman Stoll, to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously. Meeting adjourned. Notice is hereby given of a Special meeting of the Tomball City Council, to be held on Monday, July 6, 2015 at 5:00 p.m., Public Works Building [NOTE: TEMPORARY LOCATION], 501 James Street, Tomball, Texas 77375, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. The Tomball City Council reserves the right to meet in a closed session for consultation with attorney on any agenda item should the need arise and if applicable pursuant to authorization by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code. 1.0 Call to Order 2.0 Public Comments and Receipt of Petitions: [At this time, anyone will be allowed to speak on any matter other than personnel matters or matters under litigation, for length of time not to exceed three minutes.
