1.0 Call to Order
Mayor Fagan called the Special Council meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Other members

3.1 Motion was made by Councilman Degges, second by Councilman Townsend
to approve Resolution No. 2016-09, a Resolution of the City Council of the
City of Tomball, Texas, Supporting the Annual Iron Man Competition, to be
Held on Saturday, May 14, 2016
Motion was made by Councilman Townsend, second by Councilman Degges, to
Move the Previous Question.
Motion carried unanimously.

Vote was cast on Main Motion to approve Resolution No. 2016-09, a Resolution of
the City Council of the City of Tomball, Texas, Supporting the Annual Iron Man
Competition, to be Held on Saturday, May 14, 2016. Vote was as follows:

Councilman Degges Aye
Councilman Townsend Aye
Councilman Klein Quinn Absent
Motion carried, 3 votes Aye, 1 vote Nay.
4.0 Motion was made by Councilman Townsend, second by Councilman Hudgens, to adjourn.
Motion carried unanimously.

Notice is hereby given of a Special meeting of the Tomball City Council, to be held on
Thursday, May 5, 2016 at 6:00 p.m., at Tomball City Hall, 401 Market Street, Tomball, Texas
77375, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject
to action. The Tomball City Council reserves the right to meet in a closed session for
consultation with attorney on any agenda item should the need arise and if applicable
pursuant to authorization by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code.

2.0 Public Comments and Receipt of Petitions: [At this time, anyone will be allowed to speak on
any matter other than personnel matters or matters under litigation, for length of time not to
