NOTICE OF EMERGENCY CITY COUNCIL MEETING CITY OF TOMBALL, TEXAS Friday, December 30, 2022 2:00 PM Notice is hereby given of a Regular meeting of the Tomball City Council, to be held on Friday, December 30, 2022 at 2:00 PM, City Hall, 401 Market Street, Tomball, Texas 77375, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. The Tomball City Council reserves the right to meet in a closed session for consultation with attorney on any agenda item should the need arise and if applicable pursuant to authorization by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code. Pursuant to Section 551.045 of the Texas Government Code, the City Council of the City of Tomball Texas will hold an emergency meeting to consider action regarding an emergency or urgent public necessity made necessary by a reasonably unforeseeable situation, to wit, cyberattack interrupting communication facilities and total failure of City’s information technology infrastructure and systems.  Agenda Emergency City Council Meeting December 30, 2022 Page 2 of 2 Executive Session: The City Council will meet in Executive Session as Authorized by Title 5, Chapter 551, Government Code, the Texas Open Meetings Act, for the Following Purpose(s): ᵒ Sec. 551.071 - Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, Consultation with City Attorney regarding a matter that the attorney’s duty requires to be held in closed meeting ᵒ Sec. 418.183(f) – (Texas Disaster Act) regarding Critical Infrastructure 2. Consideration and Action regarding expenditures pertaining to the recovery of city wide systems and data D.
