NOTICE OF POSSIBLE CITY COUNCIL QUORUM CITY OF TOMBALL, TEXAS Monday, February 13, 2023 4:00PM Notice is hereby given that members of the City of Tomball City Council, in numbers which may constitute a quorum, may attend, and participate in an Open House: Office of the 38th Congressional District U.S. Rep. Wesley Hunt 900 Village Square Suite G-900 Tomball, Texas 77375 There will be no deliberation, nor will there be any formal action taken by the City of Tomball. While there may be incidental discussion of city business, the City Council will not be deliberation as a governing body of the City of Tomball. CERTIFICATION I hereby certify that the above notice of meeting was posted on the bulletin board of City Hall, City of Tomball, Texas, a place readily accessible to the general public at all times, on the 10th day of February 2023 by 4:00 PM, and remained posted for at least 72 continuous hours preceding the scheduled time of said meeting.
