NOTICE OF POSSIBLE CITY COUNCIL, TOMBALL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BOARD, PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION, AND TOMBALL REGIONAL HEALTH FOUNDATION QUORUM CITY OF TOMBALL, TEXAS Tuesday, September 3, 2024 6:00 pm Notice is hereby given that members of the City of Tomball City Council, Tomball Economic Development Board, Planning and Zoning Commission, and the Tomball Regional Health Foundation in numbers which may constitute a quorum, may attend, and participate in an event: Regular City Council Meeting City Hall 401 Market St. Tomball, TX 77375 6 p.m. There will be no deliberation, nor will there be any formal action taken by the City of Tomball. While there may be incidental discussion of city business, the City Council will not be deliberation as a governing body of the City of Tomball. CERTIFICATION I hereby certify that the above notice of meeting was posted on the bulletin board of City Hall, City of Tomball, Texas, a place readily accessible to the general public at all times, on the 30th day of August 2024 by 5:00 PM, and remained posted for at least 72 continuous hours preceding the scheduled time of said meeting.
