NOTICE OF POSSIBLE CITY COUNCIL QUORUM CITY OF TOMBALL, TEXAS Tuesday, September 24, 2024 5:30 pm Notice is hereby given of a meeting of the City Council of the City of Tomball, Texas, to be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at 5:30 PM, City Hall, 401 Market Street, Tomball, Texas 77375, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. The City Council reserves the right to meet in a closed session for consultation with attorney on any agenda item should the need arise and if applicable pursuant to authorization by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code. Notice is hereby given that members of the City of Tomball City Council, in numbers which may constitute a quorum, may attend, and participate in an event: Comprehensive Plan Focus Group Meeting Tomball City Hall 401 Market St. Tomball, TX 77375 5:30 p.m. There will be no deliberation, nor will there be any formal action taken by the City of Tomball. While there may be incidental discussion of city business, the City Council will not be deliberating as a governing body of the City of Tomball.  CERTIFICATION I hereby certify that the above notice of meeting was posted on the bulletin board of City Hall, City of Tomball, Texas, a place readily accessible to the general public at all times, on the 19th day of September 2024 by 5:00 PM, and remained posted for at least 72 continuous hours preceding the scheduled time of said meeting.
