Consideration to Approve Zoning Case P21-055: Request by Baker Drive Ventures Series LLC to amend Chapter 50 (Zoning) of the Tomball Code of Ordinances by rezoning approximately 0.3 acres of land legally described as Lot 1 & 2 Block 2 Main Street - Tomball, from the Single-Family 6 District to the Old Town & Mixed Use District. The property is generally located at the southwest corner of Arnold Street and Vernon Street at 200 Vernon Street, within the City of Tomball, Harris County, Texas. Consideration to Approve Zoning Case P21-056: Request by the City of Tomball to amend Section 50-112 (Off-street parking and loading requirements) of the Tomball Code of Ordinances.
