NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOMBALL CITY COUNCIL MEETING CITY OF TOMBALL, TEXAS March 16, 2026 6:00 P.M. Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held by the Tomball City Council, as the governing body of the City of Tomball, at Regular Council Meeting on March 16, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at Tomball City Hall, 401 Market Street, Tomball, Texas 77375, for the purpose of considering the following: CITY OF TOMBALL TEXAS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM The City of Tomball will hold a public hearing at 6:00 pm on March 16, 2026, at the Tomball City Hall located at 401 Market St, Tomball, Texas regarding the submission of an application(s) to the Texas Department of Agriculture for a Texas Community Development Block Grant Program (TxCDBG) grant. The purpose of this meeting is to allow citizens an opportunity to discuss the citizen participation plan, the development of local housing and community development needs, the amount of TxCDBG funding available, all eligible TxCDBG activities, and the use of past TxCDBG funds. The city encourages citizens to participate in the development of this TxCDBG application(s) and to make their views known at this public hearing. Citizens unable to attend this meeting may submit their views and proposals to Meagan Mageo, Project Manager, at the Tomball City Hall. Persons with disabilities that wish to attend this meeting should contact City Hall to arrange for assistance. Individuals who require auxiliary aids or services for this meeting should contact the city at least two days before the meeting so that appropriate arrangements can be made. El propósito de esta reunión es permitir a los ciudadanos la oportunidad de discutir el plan de participación ciudadana, el desarrollo de las necesidades locales de vivienda y desarrollo comunitario, la cantidad de financiamiento de TxCDBG disponible, todas las actividades elegibles de TxCDBG, y el uso de fondos anteriores de TxCDBG.
