Consideration and possible action by Tomball EDC to approve, as a Project of the Corporation, an agreement with Kara Miles Hair (KMH Studio), LLC to make direct incentives to, or expenditures for, rental assistance for new or expanded business enterprise to be located at 22525 Hufsmith Kohrville Road, Bldg. 1-Suite 1-C, Tomball, Texas. The estimated amount of expenditures for such Project is $10,000.00. - Public Hearing 6. Consideration and possible action to approve a lease agreement between the Greater Tomball Area Chamber of Commerce and the Tomball Economic Development Corporation. 7.
