The City Council of the City of Tomball, Texas, conducted the meeting scheduled for January 22, 2024,
5:00 PM, at 401 Market Street, Tomball, Texas 77375, via physical attendance and video/telephone
conference.
A. Mayor L. Klein-Quinn called the meeting of the City of Tomball Council to order at 5:00
p.m.

The Charter Review Commission meeting was called to order by Chair Tana Ross at 5:01

C. New Business
1. The Tomball City Council and the Charter Review Commission entered into a
Joint Workshop Session regarding the recommended amendments to the City of
Tomball Charter.
Due to needing more time for discussion, the City Council and the Charter
Review Commission will resume discussion during the Special Joint Meeting
scheduled on 01/29/2024 at 5:00 p.m.
D. Adjournment
Motion made by Commissioner Harris, Seconded by Commissioner Shannon.
Voting Yea: Commissioner Browning, Commissioner Degges, Commissioner Fagan,
Commissioner Harris, Commissioner Hendrickson, Commissioner Johnson,
Commissioner Riedel, Commissioner Shannon, Commissioner Whisler, Commissioner
Pye.
Motion carried unanimously.
Meeting was adjourned by Chair Tana Ross.
