NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOURISM ADVISORY COMMITTEE CITY OF TOMBALL, TEXAS Monday, September 23, 2024 5:00 PM Notice is hereby given of a Special meeting of the Tomball Tourism Advisory Committee, to be held on Monday, September 23, 2024 at 5:00 PM, City Hall, 401 Market Street, Tomball, Texas 77375, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. The Tourism Advisory Committee reserves the right to meet in a closed session for consultation with attorney on any agenda item should the need arise and if applicable pursuant to authorization by Title 5, Chapter 551, of the Texas Government Code. Consideration of Application from the Tomball Sister City Organization for use of FY 2024-2025 Hotel Occupancy Tax Funds for the 2025 German Heritage Festival. 3. Consideration of Application from the Spring Creek County Historical Association for use of FY 2024-2025 Hotel Occupancy Funds for 2024-2025 Operations Activities. 7. Consideration of Application from the Tomball Sister City Organization for use of FY 2024-2025 Hotel Occupancy Tax Funds for the 2024 German Christmas Market. E.
