A. President L. Klein Quinn called the meeting of the City of Tomball Legacy Fund to order at
5:46 P.M.

1. Elect Officers for the 2025 Tomball Legacy Fund, Inc. Board of Directors as
Required under Sec. 4.02, Bylaws
Motion was made by Director Dunagin, Seconded by Secretary Covington to elect
the following slate of Officers for the 2025 Tomball Legacy Fund, Inc. Board of
Directors:
President Lori Klein Quinn
Vice President John Ford
Treasurer Randy Parr
Secretary Lisa A. Covington
Director Dane Dunagin
Diretor Paul Garcia
Diretor Meagan Mageo
Assistant Secretary – City Secretary
Assistant Treasurer – Bragg Farmer
Voting Yea: President Klein Quinn, Vice President Ford, Treasurer Parr, Secretary
Covington, Director Dunagin, Director Garcia, Director Mageo
Motion carried unanimously.
2. Approve Minutes of June 17, 2024, Tomball Legacy Fund meeting.
Motion made by Vice President Ford, Seconded by Director Dunagin to approve
the minutes of the June 17, 2024 Tomball Legacy Fund meeting.
Voting Yea: President Klein Quinn, Vice President Ford, Treasurer Parr, Secretary
Covington, Director Dunagin, Director Garcia, Director Mageo
Motion carried unanimously.
3. Approve Minutes of October 21, 2024 Special Tomball Legacy Fund meeting.
Motion made by Treasurer Parr, Seconded by Secretary Covington to approve the
minutes of the October 21, 2024 Tomball Legacy Fund meeting.

4. Receive and Approve the Tomball Legacy Fund Financial Report (Unaudited)
Assistant Treasurer presented the Tomball Legacy Fund Financial Report
(Unaudited)
Motion made by Secretary Covington, Seconded by Director Dunagin to accept
the Financial Report as presented.
Voting Yea: President Klein Quinn, Vice President Ford, Treasurer Parr, Secretary
Covington, Director Dunagin, Director Garcia, Director Mageo
Motion carried unanimously.
D. President Lori Klein Quinn adjourned the meeting at 5:55 P.M.

Notice is hereby given of a Regular Tomball Legacy Fund meeting of the Tomball City
Council, to be held on Monday, May 19, 2025 at 5:45 PM, City Hall, 401 Market Street,
Tomball, Texas 77375, for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda
items are subject to action. The Tomball City Council reserves the right to meet in a closed
session for consultation with attorney on any agenda item should the need arise and if
