Sullivan Senior Center Report: Reviewed Sullivan Senior Center Report as reported by Director Joel Sekorski Motion to accept Senior Center Report made by Commissioner Riggs 2nd by Commissioner Novak Passed. Elderly Nutrition Report: Reviewed Elderly Nutrition Report as reported by Supervisor Christine Trudeau- Brown. Motion to accept Elderly Nutrition Report made by Commissioner Pezze 2nd by Commissioner Riggs Passed Old Business 1: Commission Appointments Commissioner Gloria Novak has completed her second term and will be leaving the commission. A past Chair ofthe commission we would like to thank Gloria for her time and expertise. 1. Recommendation to Promote Alt. Mike Gardinello to Gloria Novak Spot, 3 year 1st term 2023 to 2026 2. Janice Colangelo of 157 Roosevelt Ave, Torrington CT 067 to Alternate Member 3. Ed Wilmot to Begin his l " term2023 to 2026 as he has completed past commissioner A. Perez to J. Silano Final Term.2020 to 2023 4. Mary Ann Berlinski appointed to second Term 2023 to 2026 Motion to accept Commissioner McGarrity 2nd by Commissioner Mattiello Passed New Business: 1. Motion to adjourn the July and August Meetings to September 18th for summer Break unless an emergency meeting becomes necessary. Motion to accept Commissioner Pezze 2nd by Commissioner Riggs Passed 2. Summer Projects- As previously discussed were motioned for Action a. Walk-in Cooler to accept Lowest Bid and or recommendation from Director and Purchasing Agent.
