MINUTES Vol. 27 Page 178 SMALL CITIES SUBCOMMITTEE REGULAR MEETING 6:25 p.m. CITY HALL AUDITORIUM January 3, 2023 A REGULAR MEETING of the Small Cities Subcommittee of the City Council was held on Tuesday, January 3, 2023. Present at City Hall were Councilors Drake Waldron, and Keri Hoehne. Councilor David Oliver was absent. Chairman Waldron called the meeting to order at 6:25 p.m. Project #143-SC18-10 Rehab On a motion by Councilor Hoehne, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Small Cities Subcommittee voted unanimously to authorize project approval to VillWell Builders, LLC of Waterbury, CT, for $25,500 for lead paint mitigation, electrical updates, new entry doors, replacement of the heating system, and plumbing repairs at 230 Aetna Ave, pending City Council approval.
