MINUTES Vol. 27 Page 196 SMALL CITIES SUBCOMMITTEE REGULAR MEETING 9:00 a.m. ZOOM March 2, 2023 A REGULAR MEETING of the Small Cities Subcommittee of the City Council was held on Thursday, March 2, 2023. Participating via Zoom were Councilors Drake Waldron and Keri Hoehne. Councilor David Oliver was absent. Chairman Waldron called the meeting to order at 9:12 a.m. Project #143-SC1801-19-Rehab On a motion by Councilor Hoehne, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Small Cities Subcommittee voted unanimously to authorize project approval to Villwell Builders, LLC of Waterbury, CT, for $7,750 for the installation of a handicap ramp, relocation of the washer and dryer, and the replacement of a door leading to the laundry room at 300 Clearview Ave, pending City Council approval. Councilor Waldron said that they are making the house handicapped accessible and that there is more than enough equity for this project.
