MINUTES Vol. 27 Page 201 SMALL CITIES SUBCOMMITTEE REGULAR MEETING CITY HALL AUDITORIUM / ZOOM March 20, 2023 A REGULAR MEETING of the Small Cities Subcommittee of the City Council was held on Monday, March 20, 2023. Present at City Hall were Councilors Drake Waldron and Keri Hoehne. Councilor David Oliver was absent. Chairman Waldron called the meeting to order at 6:20 p.m. Project #143-SC1801-11-Energy Upgrades On a motion by Councilor Hoehne, seconded by Councilor Waldron, the Small Cities Subcommittee voted unanimously to approve a Small Cities loan in the amount of $3,150 as the owner’s share of $19,766 for an Energy Upgrade project at 31 Willow Street, pending City Council approval. Councilor Hoehne said that there is more than enough equity in the home and that this is a great program through Eversource to help residents of the City.
