MINUTES Vol. 27 Page 215 SMALL CITIES SUBCOMMITTEE REGULAR MEETING CITY HALL AUDITORIUM / ZOOM April 17, 2023 A REGULAR MEETING of the Small Cities Subcommittee of the City Council was held on Monday, April 17, 2023. Present at City Hall were Councilors Drake Waldron and Keri Hoehne. Councilor David Oliver joined via Zoom. Chairman Waldron called the meeting to order at 6:21 p.m. Project #143-SC1801-11-Rehab On a motion by Councilor Hoehne, seconded by Councilor Oliver, the Small Cities Subcommittee voted unanimously to authorize project approval to SanDow Construction, Inc of North Haven, CT, and CPI Home Improvement of Meriden, CT in the amount of $27,300 for lead paint mitigation, vinyl siding, and roofing, at 31 Willow Street, pending City Council approval. Councilor Hoehne shared her concerns that the project is so close to the maximum amount an individual can get. Councilor Waldron explained that this project had already been approved, and the original was too high, so they had to cut back on the project. Business by Members On a motion by Councilor Hoehne, seconded by Councilor Oliver, the Small Cities Subcommittee voted unanimously to consider business by members. There was no business to be discussed.
