OPEN FAX MEETING BOARD OF ALDERMEN CITY OF TOWN AND COUNTRY, MO JULY 28, 2014 An open fax meeting of the Board of Aldermen of the City of Town and Country was held on Monday, July 28, 2014 at 2:00 PM, in the Administration Office of the City of Town and Country Municipal Center, 1011 Municipal Center Drive, Town and Country, MO 63131. A public notice was posted at the Municipal Center on Thursday, July 24, 2014, announcing a meeting by facsimile to vote on the warrant list. The meeting was called to order at 2:00 PM. Present were Betty Cotner, Finance Director, and Ashley McNamara, City Clerk. Eight (8) fax votes were received prior to 2:00 PM. (see attached). The votes were as follows: AYE, Aldermen Anderson, Benigas, Crawford, Mange, Meyland-Smith, Rallo, Welby and Wright; NAY, none. Receiving a unanimous affirmative vote, the warrant list dated July 28, 2014 was declared approved, as submitted, in the amount of $467,550.99.
