MINUTES COUNCIL CONFERENCE JANUARY 4, 2007 CITY HALL 4:00 PM Council Vice President Cordelia Staton, announced that adequate public notice has been provided to the public specifying the time and place for this meeting in accordance with Chapter 231, P.L. 1975, approved on October 21, 1975 and effective January 19, 1976. The FY 2007 annual notice was mailed to the Times and the Trentonian Newspapers, posted on the first floor bulletin board in City Hall, and filed in the City Clerk’s Office on July 1, 2006 and amended on July 21, 2006 The agenda for the said meeting was mailed, posted and filed on December 29, 2006. A Conference of the City Council of the City of Trenton, New Jersey, was held on the above date at 4:00 p.m. in the Council Conference Room, City Hall. The meeting was called to order by Council Vice President Cordelia Staton, on roll call, the following Council Members were present: Messrs. Bethea & Coston, Ms. Lartigue, Mr. Segura, Ms. Staton, Mr. Pintella (came in at 4:21 pm), – 6. The following were absent: Mr. Melone - 1 A portion of this meeting will be set aside for public comment. 4:00 p.m. Subject: Docket Review: Appearance: Renee P. Haynes, Chief of Staff Jane Feigenbaum, Business Administrator EXECUTIVE SESSION Motion was made by Councilman Bethea seconded by Councilman Segura to go into executive session Pending Litigation, Hogarth Stephens vs. the City of Trenton Appearance: Steven Trimbolli, Esq. Council member Mr. Bethea – Resolution No. 07-1 – Moved its adoption RESOLUTION TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION BE IT RESOLVED, that pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-12 et seq. the public is hereby excluded from the following discussions; Concerning pending or anticipated litigation or contract negotiations. __Hogarth Stephens vs City of Trenton______ falling within the Attorney Client Privilege BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the contents of these discussions will be disclosed to the public when the need for confidentiality no longer exists. The above resolution was seconded by Mr. Pintella and adopted with the following voting aye: Messrs. Bethea, Coston, Ms. Lartigue, Messrs.
