ABC MEETING MINUTES May 4, 2009 Conference Room 5:00 p.m. An ABC Meeting was held by the City Council of the City of Trenton on the above date at 5:37 p.m., in the City Council Conference Room, 319 East State Street, Trenton, New Jersey. The meeting was called to order by President Paul M. Pintella, who announced that adequate public notice had been provided to the public specifying the time and place for this meeting in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act. This ABC Meeting was advertised on May 1, 2009 ROLL CALL: Present: Messrs. Bethea, Coston, Melone and Pintella Absent: Ms. Lartigue, Mr. Segura, Ms. Staton ABC HEARINGS: Appearance: JDNS, Inc., t/a Maxine’s, 120 So. Warren Street Owners introduced as Jennifer LaGore, 3 Ronit Dr., Ewing, NJ, and Sekhou Cummings, 3 Ronit Dr., Ewing, NJ Mr. Samuel Reale, Jr., Esq. appeared on behalf of JDNS, Inc. Special Counsel Joseph Alacqua informed City Council that he and Mr. Reale, Jr., attorney for JDNS, would like the hearing to be continued at a later date to allow some additional reciprocal discovery so that both evaluate the cases and proceed at that point in time. Said hearing on JDNS was postponed until a later date. Special Counsel Joseph Alacqua informed City Council that the Municipal Court Matter re: Oz Juan, Inc., t/a Passions, has a trial date set for June or July, therefore, that matter would not be heard tonight, but at a later date to be scheduled.
