The March 2021 meeting of the Trenton Landmarks Commission for Historic Preservation has been scheduled for Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at 7:00 PM using an internet platform. AGENDA • Fisher, Richey, Perdicaris Place Historic District, 40 Fisher Place,Maurice Bejin, Install wood fencing stained with a light honey color • Berkeley Square Historic District, 938 Berkeley Avenue Carleen Coats, install new roof using GAF Slateline shingles, • Mill Hill Historic District, 232 Mercer Street, Tracey Jones, Replace fat roof, Install wood replacement windows, Install vinyl replacement winds in rear. • Hanover-Academy Historic District, 120 Academy Street, Trenton Free Public Library, re- pointing above second story windows ,replacement of mechanical equipment on roof and in the north parking lot at grade level, Interior work includes replacement of the HVAC system in the historic portion of the building, plaster repairs at the second floor Reading Room, remove existing soffit in the Trentoniana Room reconstruct new soffit to conceal mechanical equipment . restore original finishes where impacted by proposed work. • Hanover-Academy Historic District, 121-125 Perry Street, VLB GSGZ LLC, Construct a 6 unit 3 story modular apartment building. • Hanover Academy Historic District, 238 East Hanover Street, Isles Inc., Restore front façade, demolish side addition, replace all windows with wood, rebuild side wall, replace roof using GAF Slateline material, repair & replace gutters/downspouts-corrugated round/1/2 round gutters. • Hanover Academy Historic District, 118 North Montgomery Street, Restore Front façade, storefront window, replace all windows & doors with wood, rebuild above 2nd floor window, repair & point where needed, demolish rear first story addition, repair and paint all trim, replace main roof using GAF Slateline shingles.
