This draft Land Development Ordinance proposes to modernize the City’s zoning regulations and align them with the Trenton250 Master Plan. The presentation will review the key features and structure of the draft Land Development Ordinance. There will be a review of the community engagement plan for the Land Development Ordinance. The public will have the opportunity to ask preliminary questions about the Land Development Ordinance. The Public Comment period is scheduled to end on November 1, 2021. 2
