City of Trenton – Planning Board City of Trenton PLANNING BOARD Conference Session and Public Hearing (Thursday) January 26, 2023 6PM VIRTUAL MEETING – MS TEAMS AGENDA  CONFERENCE 6:00 P.M. o Approval of Minutes o Memorialization of Resolution(s) o Announcements o Board Business  PUBLIC HEARING: Item #1 Presentation: Transit-Oriented Development Redevelopment Area Plans The City of Trenton received a Transit and Community Development Initiative Grant from the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission to update seven redevelopment area plans around the Trenton train and light rail stations. This update proposes to align them with the Trenton250 Master Plan, the Transit- Oriented Development Strategic Plan, and the ongoing update to the City’s Land Development Ordinance. The presentation will review the work that has taken place so far on this project. The board and public will be asked to provide input into their preferences for key catalytic sites throughout the district. Upcoming in-person meetings focusing on specific districts will be promoted. 1
