He read the Open Public Meetings Act and a quorum was verified. The matter will not be heard tonight. Mr. Kolber indicated that there are new DCA requirements for municipalities to report on the status of the financial disclosures of the Zoning and Planning Board Members every 6 months and has the ability to levy fines if there is non-compliance. The deadline to report to DCA is July 1st. Additionally, he noted that they will be checking to see if the training requirement has been met. He suggested that if help is needed for the financial disclosure, the City Clerk will provide assistance for whatever is needed around the financial disclosures. If training is still needed, Mr. Kolber will help the Member get connected. Mr. Romanow indicated that NJ Future is looking for a liaison from the Trenton Planning Board to the Front Street parking garage planning. The Board is able to send the two Members who want to serve Mr. Baum and Mr. Connor. Both were appointed as liaison by Mr. Romanow. 2 Mr. Kolber noted that at the July 13th meeting, there will be public comments reviewed for the Land Development Revisions, and after that, it will be sent to the City Council for final review and vote. There will be a summary of the consulting comments rather than reviewing them one at a time as they exceed 200 in number. The Zoning in Hilltonia will take very detailed review. The Board is invited to have one final proofreader of the final DRAFT. The reviewer will have a very short turnaround timeframe to do a final review. Mr. Romanow indicated that he is interested in being that final reviewer along with any other members who might want to volunteer. PUBLIC HEARING MATTER REFERRED FOR ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVAL Item #1 23-P-620WH: 620 Whittaker Avenue- TRENTON NJ Applicant/Owner seeks waiver of site plan, to alter the front of a residential building to install an ice cream stand and retail clothing shop. There will be no change to the footprint of the building. No variances are required.
