Opening Statement: This meeting of the Planning Board of the City of Trenton is being held in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act pursuant to NJSA 10:4-6, et seq. Public Law 1975, Chapter 231. Notice of this meeting has been posted on the City’s website, sent to the official newspapers (Trenton Times and Trentonian) of the Planning Board and posted at a conspicuous location at City Hall as provided by law. A playground will be constructed in the lot across the street. The potential improvement will support the ambitions of the current and future zoning regulations, the Center City youth Development Plan, the Trenton250 Plan and the Creek to Canal Downtown Arts Initiative. Lot 22 is proposed as an open plaza. No change to the height or footprint of the existing buildings is proposed.
