Proposed Data Center Community Information Session
March 2nd, 2026 - 6:00 – 8:00 PM
Doors Open: 5:15 p.m.
Location: Heritage Hall Edgewood High School
Purpose
This public forum is an informational session to allow residents to hear directly from Prologis
regarding the proposed data center project and to ask questions in advance of the March 9, 2026
(tentative) Planning Commission Meeting, where site plans will be presented. This forum is not
a public hearing and no formal decision will be made.
Attendance & Participation Requirements
All attendees are required and must sign in upon arrival, including name and address, prior to
participating in the forum. During sign-in, those will have the opportunity to indicate whether
they wish to ask a question live and identify the general topic of their question. The sign-in
process helps ensure an orderly meeting, verify attendance, and allow fair participation.

Live Public Participation
Those who indicated during sign in that they wish to speak will be recognized by the moderator
in an orderly manner using the sign in sheet.
Participation process:
• The moderator will recognize each speaker
• Once recognized, the speaker will approach the stationary microphone
• Each speaker may ask one question, with a brief follow up if needed

• Questions must be directed to the project and remain concise
• Speeches or statements will not be permitted; questions only.
• The moderator may redirect speakers or consolidate similar questions to allow broad
participation.
At approximately 7:45 p.m., the moderator will announce the meeting will conclude in 15
minutes. Individuals who are unable to ask their question during the allotted time may submit
questions through the City’s website following the meeting.

Discussion Guidelines
To ensure a respectful and productive meeting for all participants, attendees are expected to
follow established discussion guidelines. All participants must sign in prior to participation and
direct all questions through the moderator. Questions should be concise and related to the project
being discussed so that as many individuals as possible have the opportunity to participate.
Interruptions, shouting, personal attacks, or other disruptive behavior will not be permitted. The
moderator may limit speaking time or end a speaker’s participation if these guidelines are not
followed. Individuals who continue to disrupt the meeting after a warning may be asked to leave
so the forum can proceed in an orderly manner.
