City of Trenton Personnel Board Meeting February 7, 2023 – 11:00 AM Trenton Civic Center MINUTES Board members present: Mary Wilham - Chair Donna Lenos-New - Vice-Chair Also present: Police Chief Carr Police Lieutenant Rosenfelder Sharon Leichman, Board Secretary, Chair Wilham called the meeting to order at 11:00 AM. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Board unanimously approved the following Motions: Resolved: To approve the minutes of the February 1, 2023, Personnel Board Meeting. Resolved: To approve the Competitive Exam Eligibility List for the classification of Emergency Services Dispatcher. Resolved: To approve the Lateral Hire Non-Competitive Exam Eligibility List for the classification of Emergency Services Dispatcher. Resolved: To approve the Competitive Exam Certification List for the classification of Emergency Services Dispatcher. Resolved: To approve the Lateral Hire Non-Competitive Exam Certification List for the classification of Emergency Services Dispatcher. After some discussion, the Personnel Board’s recommendation to Council is to appoint Diane Herbel to the vacant seat on the Personnel Board. The next Board meeting shall be held when necessary.
