A motion was made by Councilmember Hankins, seconded by Vice Mayor Gales, that we approve the agenda as submitted. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 7- Mayor McDonald, Vice Mayor Gales, Councilmember Finley, Councilmember Kelley Jr., Councilmember Hankins, Councilmember Vaughn and Councilmember Williams II V. Special Presentations and Recognitions A. Presentation to the Trotwood City Council Framing the 2017 Land Use and Economic Development Plan. Mrs. Peyton introduced David Hart from CT Consultants. Mr. Hart went through the document and invited those to give comment and questions. VI.
