A RESOLUTION BY TROTWOOD CITY COUNCIL AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH ALL-IN-ONE WERTZ PAINTING, LLC FOR THE INTERIOR PAINTING WORK TO BE COMPLETED AT THE TROTWOOD COMMUNITY AND CULTURAL ARTS CENTER RENOVATION FOR AN AMOUNT OF $30,810.00.
