Minutes of the Special Meeting Troy City Council Tuesday, January 24 2017 6:00 pm The meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Council President Mantello Roll Call: Pledge of Allegiance: Rei Kippen Roll Call: Council Member Gulli, Council Member McGrath, Council Member Bodnar, Council Member Doherty, Council Member Ashe-McPherson, Council President Mantello Absent: Council Member Kopka, Council Member Donohue, Council Member Sullivan-Teta, There were no members of the public present. Public Comment: none Consideration of Resolutions: 27. Resolution Appointing Teri Kippen As City Auditor For The City Of Troy (Council President Mantello) Council President Mantello made a motion to amend the resolution by giving a new start date of January 25, 2017. Amendment passed 6-0 Amended Resolution passed 6-0 Ms. Kippen thanked the Council for her appointment.
