Minutes of the TROY CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP August 11, 2021 6:00 P.M. The meeting was called to order at 6:04 p.m. by Council President Pro Tem Zalewski. Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call: The roll being called, the following answered to their names: Council Member Gulli, Council Member Ashe-McPherson, Council Member Steele, Council Member Cummings, Council Member McDermott, Council Member Zalewski, Chair. Council President Mantello was absent. In attendance were Corporation Counsel Richard T. Morrissey and Commissioner of Planning & Economic Development Steven Strichman. Approximately 8 members of the public attended. Council Member Zalewski made a motion to allow for public comment. Motion passed 6 ayes, 0 nos. Public Forum:  Brian Osterhaut, Environmental Design Partnership, gave a presentation on behalf of the developer, Kevin Vandenburgh, regarding the proposed development of 2011 2nd Avenue  Keith Hirokawa  Adam Schultz  Leo Matteo Bachinger  Kevin Vandenburgh  Jess Bennett Adjournment The meeting adjourned at 8:30 p.m. A video recording of this meeting is on file at the City Clerk's office.
