TROY CITY COUNCIL CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP AGENDA February 15, 2022 6:00 P.M. Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Per Section 2-17 of the City Code, the City Council President has called a Workshop of the City Council on Tuesday, February 15, 2022 at 6 pm at City Hall. The City Council will hold this workshop to discuss the State Environmental Quality Review of proposed Zone Change at 1011 2nd Avenue. This is an in-person public workshop for the City Council, Department Heads, the proposed developer, and a representative from Friends of Mahicantuck. The workshop will be live via YouTube for the public. Public comments will be taken at a subsequent committee meeting.
