The meeting was called to order at 6:01 p.m. by Council Member Conley Wilson, Chair
Pledge of Allegiance
Roll Call:: The roll being called, the following answered to their names: Council Member Gulli ,
Council Member Figueroa was absent, Council Member Steele, Council Member Menn was
absent, Council Member Conley-Wilson, Council Member Sorriento, Council President
Mantello, Chair.
In attendance were Deputy Mayor Christopher Nolin, Quinn Mahoney, Approximately 1
member of the public attended
Public Forum:
Quinn Mahoney spoke about Kronos Time Management and the notification infrastructure

The meeting adjourned at 6:52 p.m.

Presentation of Agenda
1. The City Hall infrastructure which is proposed from the ARPA funding. This has no
deadline, although we would like to start the implementation to complete the project
before 1/1/2023.
2. Update on Kronos time management system being implemented.
*Per the Council rules (§ 2-25), since there is no legislation on this agenda, there will not be a
public forum at this meeting. The meeting shall be live-streamed on the City Council’s YouTube
channel.
