Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Presentation of Agenda Public Safety Workshop to discuss and hear from professionals on the issue of homelessness in Troy *Per the Council rules (§ 2-25), since there is no legislation on this agenda, there will not be a public forum at this meeting. Only City staff will be participating in this meeting and only those staff members who the Council has invited will be participating in discussion. The meeting shall be live-streamed on the City Council’s YouTube channel.
