Minutes of the TROY CITY COUNCIL FINANCE MEETING OCTOBER 27th, 2022 6:00 P.M. The meeting was called to order at 6:05 p.m. by Council President Mantello. Ordinance Amending The General Fund And Miscellaneous Special Grants Fund Budgets To Appropriate Funding From The City’s American Rescue Plan Act Allocation (Council President Mantello) (At The Request Of The Administration) Menn made a motion to amend “Premium pay will be determined by dividing 2.5 million dollars equally amongst all active and eligible employees. Premium pay stipend is subject to the development of final program details, a review by corporation council, and agreeance by the city and each bargaining unit.” No one seconded. Steele made a motion to amend “For active and eligible employees, the Premium pay stipend will be a one-time payment of $150.00 per month worked (maximum of 20-months). No employee may receive more than a maximum of $3,000 under this program. The Premium pay stipend is subject to development of final program details, a review by Corporation Counsel, and agreements between the city and each bargaining unit in accordance with the Final Rule issued by the Department of Treasury.” Gulli seconded the motion Ordinance passed 5 ayes, 0 nos, 1 abstentions (Sorriento). 1 absent (Figueroa) 113.
