PUBLIC NOTICE The City Council of the City of Troy will hold an Investigative Public Hearing 2 on Thursday, August 17th, 2023, at 5:30 p.m., in the City Council Legislative Chamber, Troy City Hall, 433 River Street, 5th Floor, Troy, New York, regarding the following matters: the unsafe conditions of the structures at the Harbour Point Gardens apartment complex that necessitated an emergency evacuation of more than 50 apartments. There will not be a public forum at this meeting other than those who have been requested to testify. The meeting shall be live-streamed on the City Council’s YouTube channel.
