Minutes of the TROY CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING February 5th, 2026 7:00 P.M. The meeting was called to order at 7:04 p.m. by Council President Steele. Roll Call: The roll being called, the following answered to their names: Council Member DiLorenzo, Council Member Struber, Council Member Spain-McLaren, Council Member McKee, Council Member Favreau, Council Member Campbell-Cohen, Council President Steele.
